We offer a full range of Scanning Services for all your documents. Do you have mountains of folders that are taking up valuable storage space that could be used m0re productively or just reduce your rental costs. We are able to scan around 20,000 A4 pages which is about 15 archive boxes onto just 1 CD-ROM.
Storing your files/folders onto a hard drive, CD will make it so much easier to locate, print or email files without leaving your desk and save valuable time not rummaging through boxes and cabinets. Documents stored digitally can improve disaster recovery with a back-up copy held in a secure location. Additional security by making the file read only will prevent loss or alteration of your files.
Typically we can save each of your folder/File into 1 PDF document and then name this file as per your requirements eg Clients Surname, Christian Name and DOB.

Do you have difficulty storing and retrieving your large plans, maps, drawings. Print Mint offer you the ability to scan your black/white or colour documents onto digital files up to maximum width of 915mm by any length. We can accept a range of file formats including Mac & PC.
We can also print your digital files, or reduce and enlarge them.
Pagination
Do your documents need to satisfy State and Federal practice notes and guidelines for pagination. Print Mint offers either physical or electronic pagination for your documents.
